Identifying Sentence Function Questions
dSAT Sentence Function Questions are easy to recognize. (The College Board calls them “Text Structure and Purpose: Part to Whole Relationships Questions.”) In the passage, there will be one underlined sentence. The question will read as follows:
“Which choice best describes the function of the underlined sentence in the overall structure of the text?”
